Volunteers Finding Documents
Join a small band of volunteers as they leisurely — a word which here means slowly, because they are not afraid of Count Olaf attempting to murder them and/or steal their fortunes— conduct research in a quiet library.
They are in no hurry and may even have time for a small tea or coffee break; both of course are better when served as bitter as wormwood and as sharp as a double edged sword. I’m sorry but you will find no sugar here.
Please try to ignore the man in the corner attempting to write a book — a phrase which here means trying to document the lives of three very unfortunate orphans but finding himself so overcome with grief that all he can do is sigh and stare at a blank sheet of paper on which nothing is written.
Remember the world is quite here.
