The Pit
The Pit is a giant, underground cavern. There are places for food, clothing, supplies, and leisure activities built into the stone walls. Narrow paths and steps connect them. There are no barriers to keep people from falling over the side. The roof of the pit is glass, and over that is a building whose roof/windows let light in.
