Studying With Merlin
Arthur has been working Merlin to the bone recently - or more so than usual, I guess. The young warlock hasn't had any time to study his spells in weeks, so he spent all morning getting every one of his chores done as quickly as possible so he would have time to retire to his chambers. Now, he is sitting peacefully on his bed with his spell book in his lap. His eyes scan over each word and he mouths each one softly to get used to the feeling of them on his tongue. Gaius treads along outside his door creating a potion for Sir Gwaine's throbbing head (which definitely isn't because he had too much to drink at the tavern) and the kingdom is bustling just outside his window.
