It's a typical slow night at the local Pizza House, where friends Calvin, Tiffany and Randy gather their evidence and begin researching their next paranormal case. Calvin flips through a book outlining the details of poltergeist phenomena and describes an idea he had for a new type of detection device to Randy, who is brought up an idea she had for a new type of voice recorder. Tiff got bored of the tech talk and is playing the new Host-ira pinball game in the corner.
