Polgara's Kitchen
Garion's earliest memories are of his Aunt Pol's kitchen at Flador’s Farm, in Sendaria. Warm and cosy with a large hearth fire, and scrubbed wooden benches attended by women rolling out dough, or chopping vegetables. Preparing roast fowl and spit-roast pig, smacking unruly farm-hands that try to pilfer biscuits or treats, and then the stews and soups that bubble and demand attention and seasoning.
