Jace and Mathias
Instead of becoming parabatai with Alec Lightwood, Jace became parabatai with Mathias Highsmith, son of Marina and John Highsmith, former members of Valentine's Circle. Mathias however, is not their son. His real name is Chris Halliwell, son of Piper and Leo Halliwell, who was kidnapped as an infant, much like the real Mathias. But the real Mathias was killed and the Shadowhunters mistook Chris for Mathias. (Made for a tumblr rp.)
