Evenings in the Institute
Jace is practicing the piano trying to keep as much emotion out of it as possible.
Church meowing occasionally when Alec stops petting him. The turn of the page of Alec’s book while Magnus stirs his tea gazing at the fire. You can hear the distance sound of fists hitting a punching bag and the general noise of the Institute. Outside it rains and your mind drifts of to whether Simon and Izzy will return soon.
