you are forced to camp out overnight in a dank, dark cave. You have a small fire going to keep you warm and provide whatever comfort it can. Be imaginative. What would it smell like, what are you resting on and in what position? Notice all the sounds. Can you let those sounds soothe you? What does the cave look like with the little fire crackling?
