District 1
You are in the market place, if you can call it that, of District 1. It's closer relationship with the capital allow for it's people to live a more comfortable life style than in most of the other districts. With large buildings and lots of people it's hardly ever quiet. You can here the trains passing by, taking goods to the capital, children training to volunteer for The Hunger Games and of course the Peacekeepers as they march by.
