Finnick had returned from the Capitol and to mark his home-coming you and Annie had decided to go to the dock. It was a nice day, the sun was bright in the sky not a cloud to be seen. The three of you headed to a cafe and got lunch just enjoying the moment and watching the world by go. Just for the moment none of it mattered. No hunger games, no children being hurt, no nightmares and no President Snow. It was just the ocean and people going about their daily lives.
